יובל שטייניץ: הפילוסופיה של המהפכה המדעית

Born in Israel 1958, Dr. Steinitz served as Israel Finance Minister during the global economic crisis (2009-13), Minister of Intelligence & Strategic Affairs (2013-15), Minister of Energy (2015-21), and a member of the Security Cabinet (2009-21).
Steinitz was first elected to the Knesset (Israeli parliament) in 1999 and became Chairmen of the ‘Defense and Foreign Affairs Committee’ in 2003. He also chaired the Israeli ’Inquiry Committee for the 2003 Intelligence Failure in Iraq’.
Prior to politics he has been a Senior Lecturer to Philosophy (the Israeli parallel of associated professor) at Haifa University. Two of his books became no.1 & no.2 philosophy best-sellers in Israel history.
